Mandira's biriyanis are cooked with a lot of fuss. Fragrant basmati rice and fresh vegetables are layered and then cooked under dum (or pressure), allowing the flavours to mingle and mix. Some mint leaves are added to enhance the flavour, resulting in a wonderful aromatic one-dish meal.
