Included in this selection is the multi award winning cheese, Barkham Blue, it has a
distinctive appearance. Its golden interior is covered in a rustic, natural mould rind. It has a buttery, creamy taste with a rich, spicy blue bite!

Goat's milk cheese called Rachel. A washed curd, washed rind cheese named after a girl who, like the cheese, is ‘sweet, curvy and slightly nutty'. It is deliciously moist and has a tell-tale washed rind with a meaty, savoury taste.

And one of the oldest English cheeses around, dating back to Roman times. The Appleby family have been making this cheese for several generations and theirs is the last traditionally made, clothbound, unpasteurised Cheshire. It’s a crumbly, mineral tasting cheese with much less acidy in comparison to its modern counterpart.

We've paired with a french bunch of grapes, hand stirred caramilised onion, farmhouse chutney and sourdough crackers. Bon Appétit!
