Pappardelle Al Ragu - Beef and Red Wine (For x2 people)
A family favourite; fresh egg pappardelle pasta made with slowly braised beef in a red wine sauce, made with rich Italian tomatoes, red wine and garlic and simmered for hours over a low heat to deepen the flavours.
