Based on Mandira's old Sukumar’s recipe. Lean lamb mince cooked with spices and heaps of tomatoes, spiked with emerald peas. Packs a mighty punch and perfect with fresh steamed rice.

Ingredients: Lamb (30%), Tomato, Onion, Peas (15%), Vegetable Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chilli, Salt, Pepper, Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander, Chilli, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Coriander Leaves, Bay leaves, Mace.
