Made using single origin, Colombian cocoa. The cocoa beans are carefully selected from various regions across Colombia that are steeped in the tradition of cocoa growing. This chocolates flavour reflects the variety of cocoa used, as well as the richness of the soils in which the beans are grown.
The cocoa has been accredited by the International Cocoa Organisation, an accolade which has only been awarded to 8% of the cocoa grown in the world.
