A delicious and fresh tasting dressing that was inspired by nature, especially the wild watercress we are lucky enough to have in the local streams and rivers. It’s ideal for a plate of salmon or trout, or it will add something extra to whatever your salad of choice is.
Ingredients: Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil (56%), White Wine Vinegar, Watercress (12%), Water, Sugar, English Mustard (Water, Mustard Flour, Salt, Wheat Flour, Turmeric), Salt, Black Pepper (1%), Xanthan Gum.
