Chilli jam is a savoury jam used to accompany savoury dishes. This Great Taste Award winning chilli jam is made using medium red chillies. We here at PLOUGH, recommend this with some of our lovely sourced cheeses.

Jam Packed Preserves is a family run business. They make an extensive range of artisan, award-winning extra jams, jellies, marmalades, chutneys and curds. All preserves are lovingly hand-stir in small batches in open pans. The story began in 2006. From an allotment that had a large stand of autumn raspberries that produced a glut of fruit. Wanting to avoid food waste Sue telephoned her Mum and asked how to make jam. The rest is history!
