Blackcurrant Jam

Blackcurrants grow well throughout the northern hemisphere and used to grow wild in the UK. They are full of vitamin C and make a firm set jam that is full of flavour. We hand pick our fruit from two local fruit farms in Esher, Surrey and Hartley Wintney, Hampshire. This preserve is great spread on toast or with scones and cream, but also makes a lovely accompaniment to cheese.
