Baked fresh to order by Alex our micro baker from Rise'n'Shine bakehouse in Surrey. A beautiful traditional rye bread recipe perfect when eaten thinly sliced with smoked mackerel pate, meat and cheeses. Or, why not on its own with a good heaping of our delicious Ampersand butter we supply.
