N'duja Ragu with Rigatoni (For x2 people)
One of Daniel and Anouska's favourite dishes - Spicy N'duja ragu with fresh rigatoni. Not for the faint hearted, this dish definitely packs a punch, deeply flavoured with spicy n'duja sausage and finsihed with a little tomato sauce for balance - A celebration of the Calabrian champion of sausages - N'duja.
This dish works brilliantly well with our burrata side salad - why not add this on for a creamy and delicious accompaniment!
