Mushroom and Lentil Ragu with Tagliatelle (for x2 people)


A vegetarian take on a classic Italian dish - Made using lentils and chestnut mushrooms, simmered tomato sauce, with mushroom stock and a mixture of woody herbs. Even meat lovers will enjoy this one!

Ingredients: Pasta - Flour, eggs, semolina (Durum wheat) Sauce - Puy lentils, portabellini mushrooms, water, tinned tomatoes, mushroom stock, celery, onions, garlic, thyme, salt, pepper. Grana Padano cheese - (dairy - contains rennet)
